Flex Friday!!

Join us this Friday May 17th for a FREE ONE HOUR Flexibility and strength training class. The class will focus on teaching drills athletes can also work on at home to improve flexibility, core strength, jumps and technique. This is incredibly a great class for all athletes including flyers or those interested in learning how to become a flyer, We highly recommend all athletes ages 5 & up to attend.



Ages 3-6

6:00-7:00PM


Ages

7-13

7:00-8:00PM



Class is open to the public. First come first serve.

Athletes must wear all black attire. Black shirt, Black shorts, Cheer shoes

Please make sure athletes have water and hair pulled back.
